INGREDIENTS
12-20 skinless thighs
3/4 cp Vinegar (white or apple cider)
1/2 cp soy sauce
Paprika light dusting over both sides of meat (optional)
Fresh ground pepper
1 pinch Red pepper flakes (optional)
2-3 Bay Leaves
5 Garlic (1 clove per 2pc. Chicken)
1 large Shallot
METHOD
Make Rice
Season chicken with pepper & paprika, sear in olive oil
Remove chicken & saute chopped garlic and shallot
Add ¾ cp vinegar(white or apple cider) & ½ cp soy sauce, and bay leaves
Simmer 35-40 minutes
To thicken whisk 1 tbsp corn starch to â…› cp water
Serve in a bowl over rice
Finish with Fresh chopped Parsley
